Used to work 40 uers as chief cook and manager in the largest resorts and hotels in capital sity and 8 years in germany, Switzerland, hungary, poland, USA,Malta etc. He is an author and editor of"New cuisine", I,II and III editon, "First Culinary Encyclopedia" and a whole material for school.
